Refund policy

We love keeping customers, but here is how refunds work.

• Monthly plans — request within 7 days of charge for a full refund.

• Annual or team plans — pro-rated refunds within 30 days.

• Export or delete data at any time by emailing support.

All refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
